Breast Cancer Challenge.....fail

Today is the 15th of October, I challenged friends and family to post as a status everyday a new or different fact or slogan for breast cancer awareness. I cannot say I am disappointed at the answer of the challenge, I knew most everyone would not do it. I have a most dear friend that can and does protest a lot, but so far only once did he post anything on breast cancer, this makes me sad.

Windsong, may she be flying with the eagles forever, the medicine bird could not help her, only give support. I will always hear your song in the breeze.

Breast Cancer

While the "I like it" game is fun, how do you make it last all month long? Yes the game has made the news, that mission accomplished, I guess. What has not been accomplished is spreading the message about breast cancer awareness month. Powerful women indeed! If the message does not get to everyone then the message is lost.

I challenge everyone, man woman, and even teens, to post as your status every day of October, a new fact, or slogan to remind people about breast exams, for instance "Did you know men get breast cancer too?" or
"Both women and men in their young 20s have died from breast cancer"

This challenge inspired by a thought provoking young woman. Send to every person you know, men included.
